SLHI maintains a close historical and formal relationship with two Valley-based organizations: the Board of Visitors and the Hon Kachina Council.
They comprise a network of volunteer community activists who address community health needs and promote volunteerism through fundraising and public education activities.
SLHI supports their work with a combination of direct program support and matching community grants.
