SUZANNE PFISTER is the President and CEO of St. Luke’s Health Initiatives.

As the CEO, Suzanne reports directly to the Board of Trustees and is responsible for ensuring that the mission of SLHI is responsibly and effectively executed according to policies established by the Board. She has overall management responsibility for every facet of SLHI’s operation, which is executed collegially with the directors. She is directly involved in health policy analysis and communication activities, the development of new programs and projects, Board relations and education, strategic planning and program assessment, and community relations. She staffs the Executive Committee and works closely with the SLHI Board Chair to set both the scope and tone of SLHI’s work in the community.
