RAQUEL GUTIERREZ is SLHI’s Associate Director, Community Development. Raquel is responsible for envisioning, developing, and facilitating the implementation of efforts that build the capacity of community stakeholders to effectively work along the policy continuum. This includes the design and implementation of SLHI’s communities of practice and alliance building. Raquel has worked in the social sector for 25 years as front-line staff, a program director and a consultant. She holds a Ph.D. from Antioch University in Leadership and Change.
