Roy Pringle – As Chief Operating Officer, Roy Pringle oversees the accounting, portfolio management, and administrative functions. He is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of accounting and financial data; preparing monthly financial statements; monitoring expenses and cash flow; assisting in the development of administrative and program budgets; and arranging and participating in the annual audit and preparation of tax returns. He is the primary staff contact for information and support to the Audit/Finance Committee and organizational affiliates. Roy coordinates SLHI’s operational activities, including information systems, office space negotiation/management, and other business-related functions. He manages personnel functions including payroll services, quarterly tax filings, benefits and regulatory compliance issues. As part of the Technical Assistance Partnership of Arizona (TAPAZ), Roy serves as the primary point of contact for all sponsored projects.
