ESSEN OTU is Diversity & Community Affairs Director for Mountain Park Health Center in Phoenix where he develops strategies to ensure Mountain Park is an inclusive and community embedded organization. His previous professional experience includes working in the government, non-profit, and utility industries. Essen is a class 26 graduate of the Valley Leadership program, recipient of the Phoenix Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award, and serves in multiple volunteer, board, and advisory roles with the Diversity Leadership Alliance, ASU SIRC, Arizona Community Foundation and others. He is married to his wonderful wife Allison and is the father of two beautiful daughters, Sahara and Amel.
